Jay considers his greatest cycling achievements
so far to be riding 271 miles in 17 hours

in 1999 after a near-death wreck in a
bicycle race in 1997. A renaissance man,
when Jay's not riding his bike, he is
an avid reader. He also enjoys cooking,
